Hi All.

I was after a bit of advice...

I am looking into the possibility of getting SharePoint for my call centre. I have worked in a call centre with it before and I could see it being a success where I am now.

Without trawling over the (very complex) MS SharePoint website. What I really need to know is, what version is best to use for a centre of our size? Does anyone know how the licensing works for administrator and agent licence (does it even work like that?) and how expensive is it?

At present I’m just trying to understand if I can even afford to invest a lot of time looking into it.

Tough one. Have you tried putting a call into Microsoft or into a Microsoft reseller? That may be the quickest way to get an answer.
