Shift allwances for late opening

Does anyone have experience in paying advisors a shift allowance for working unsociable shift patterns?
We're looking to extend hours to a midnight finish. Any info you can share on shift allowance & shift patterns will be appreciated!

Shift patterns depend entirely on the existing staff you have. We found that employing a specific evening team was more efficient than changing existing staff's hours to later shifts. This also helped with staff morale and performance.

I agree with the above, I have staff who specifically work evenings, this is more cost effective for me than offering allowances etc
