Hi Folks,

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I am considering starting up a small call centre and I would like advice on the best call management software to use.

So far the SW that I have researched seems very expensive circa 150k but this seems to be aimned at large contact centres.

I require a much much smaller licence to cover around 5 staff, requiring quite basic functionality...

Can anyone help??

Hello,

A lot of people might consider open source telephony solution for small enterprises. However for such a small implementation (which is unlikely to grow in the short term?) you might well try a on-line Service Provider, rather than looking to implement your own Solution. There are plenty out there who use both VoIP/SIP and TDM which might serve your purpose.
