Hi Folks,
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I am considering starting up a small call centre and I would like advice on the best call management software to use.
So far the SW that I have researched seems very expensive circa 150k but this seems to be aimned at large contact centres.
I require a much much smaller licence to cover around 5 staff, requiring quite basic functionality...
Can anyone help??
