All,

I am a resource planner currently in Aldershot, Hampshire.

I have had 2 new members join my department and would like if possible to arrange some site visits to external Call Centres in and around the area that are currently using a WFM system (we are currently using Openwave). This is to expand their's and my own working knowledge as well as make contacts in the industry who have or are also looking at home working, preferenced based shifts etc to gain a better understanding.

I would also like to invite other resource planners to view our operational set up and gain valuable feedback.

Please contact me via this site, look forward to hearing from you.

Would also love to hear from any QA teams operating in the area that I could possibly visit, come let me know.

Hey All

This offer is still open. We could always use a fresh pair or couple of pairs of eyes to look over what we do and in turn learn from you and your best practices!

Thank You

It may be worth joining the Professional Planning Forum. They do quite a number of site visits - typically late spring and early summer. These are a good way of generating ideas and networking with other planners.
