How to motivate people to do their best when they receive a call? How to motivate/learn them to use all sales tehniques in every conversation to convert that Demand Pre Sales into Order? How to motivate people to do just follow some rules that had shown efficiency, and not making their own?

There are many ways to do this. Motivating and teaching people to use sales techniques during every conversation is achieved through good training, which is followed up with on the job coaching, refresher or buzz training sessions as well a good incentive scheme.

Motivating people to follow rules that drive efficiency also starts with appropriate training followed up with providing easy reference call guides, good screen design and layout and ongoing observation of agent behaviour and feedback from team leaders or managers.
