Hi Jon,
It all really depends on the specifics/needs of your existing population. Trainers often specialise in areas e.g. Customer Service, Sales and then further to say induction, soft skills. External Training companies will have a training catalogue which they will tailor to your organisation.

Hi,
Sometimes the best trainers are those that have come up from the shop floor. However, as stated above it does depend on what your wanting to train. I progressed from being an agent to a trainer for inductions, and feel that this worked well as I had the experiance to backup the rules and systems training that was being delivered.
