Hi, I am looking to revamp the Training within my call centres, the current Trainer is new and learning and although having come from within the business has only technical knowledge rather full training skills and cannot provide the whole coverage needed including training at a leadership level, any suggestions?

Try engaging an external provider.
If you are specifically interested in leadership training consider one that is aligned with the ILM; that way your team will become members of the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and feel that their training has been worthwhile.
I've dealt with a few and can recommend if you want some details
