I am seeking an external company to conduct a survey on our behalf for around 2,500 customers. It needs to be a telephone survey.
Has anyone used an external company to conduct these surveys or know of any?

Hi Jason,
We use VirtuaTel (http://www.virtuatel.co.uk/) to carry out customer satisfaction surveys by telephone to generate our NPS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_Promoter).
