Hi All,
Ive been asked to gather information on WFM solutions. I want something that can take data such as headcount, trend and future call forecast, churn and attrition rates and then build shifts etc.
The challenge I have is that I dont want to invest (selfishly) a lot of time in engaging to many vendors as I need to gather info on service offerings, cost and ROI to get board sign off before I can go out and purchase.
Does anyone have suggestions for cost effective solutions that can service a 120 seat (8 campaign) call centre?
Again, ideally vendors that are preapred to come to the table and talk offering and £ up front.

Hi there
Do you have a blended contact centre ie: inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, fax, sms or do you have an inbound call centre?

95% OB v 5%IB. Email/SMS integration with our CRM will be coming in the next couple of months.
