what next in coaching development of agents.......

hi all,

I have been training, coaching and developing agents over the last 2 1/2 years. over this time a number of agents have failed objectives and the passed and the failed again.

i have got agents who continue to fail.

is there any advice you may have that could get agents to achieve their objectives?

Have you considered your recruiting methods? It might be the case that your business is simply recruiting the wrong type of people...

Just a thought.

please consider as well if the TOOLS you used in training are relevant with their job description. or if the tools they need for them not to fail are provided.
