Where do you go to find out news about the contact centre world?

Are there any interesting web sites or blogs that you have come across?

The other blog that I used to like was the "Call Centre Diary"

It had a very dry sense of humour, but it stopped publishing four years ago. The arhives are still on line though.

Jonty, I like service quality central too. However, the 1st is definitely our v.dear Call center helper
