Free Cloud Report for Survey Participants

ContactBabel are offering a free copy of their cloud report to organisations which take part in their online survey by 31st October.

48% of UK contact centres currently have some of their functionality hosted in the cloud, with the majority reporting significant improvements in the cost and flexibility of their contact centre operations as a result.

With cloud very much on the agenda, ContactBabel is running the largest primary research study of the current and future use of cloud-based contact centre solutions.

If your organisation has more than 10 UK agent positions, you’re invited to take part in a 10-minute confidential online survey.

Respondents to the survey will receive a copy of the final report in November – free of charge.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 31st October.
