Genesys are offering free software for one year for new customers who switch from on-premises solutions.

The Genesys Premier Edition – Virtual Contact Centre offer will be available for a limited time to all new customers who make the switch to a cloud contact centre.

By offering the first year (along with set-up fees) for free, Genesys hopes to remove the financial barriers to moving to a multichannel cloud contact centre solution.

The company also addresses today’s business needs to meet customer demands for great experiences across a broad range of touchpoints, while helping to increase competitiveness with the delivery of differentiated customer experiences.

The all-in-one customer experience solution is designed to enable small and mid-size contact centres of up to 250 seats to deliver high-value customer experiences across a variety of channels. This includes inbound and outbound voice, mobile and web with more efficient, secure and dependable contact centre operations via the cloud.

Built on the Genesys Customer Experience Platform and optimised with point-and-click design tools, intuitive easy-to-use interfaces, and “out of the box” business intelligence (BI) analytics, the solution delivers inbound contact centre routing and IVR capabilities for consistent and personalised assisted interactions and self-service automation.

The solution includes a mobile-accessible supervisor desktop, real-time call monitoring and reporting. Bundled telecommunications options are also available and include agent telephony options such as PSTN, VoIP, WebRTC and PBX.
