gem wins new contracts worth over 5m

150 new jobs to be created for its Northern Ireland contact centre operations

gem today announces three new contract wins with leaders in the telecommunications, interactive entertainment and online retail industries - gem will be providing multi-lingual customer service for new clients Perlico, Electronic Arts and Time-Life. The contracts are collectively worth over 5million annually.

 

gem, the largest indigenous contact centre in Northern Ireland, will be recruiting 150 contact centre agents, with experience in telecoms, gaming and customer service, to cater for the new contracts.  


 

 

The new wins follow a successful year for gem, winning a number of large contracts in 2006 including Play.com and Channel 4. gem was also recognised as the fastest growing Northern Ireland company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards.
