		<description>i think a very important strategy for recruiting is being economical. As a recruiter i cannot justify spending $400 per job listing on dice or monster, that&#039;s why i use either craigslist or some of the free job search websites out there. Therefore i end up conserving my costs and with more money in my pocket.</description>
