How much does your contact centre technology really cost?

ultre survey buttonUltra has launched an initiative to help organisations better understand the true cost of their technology purchases.

The 2013 Cost of Technology survey poses 5 simple questions about the costs associated with a recent purchase, including ‘additional costs’ such as technology upgrades, maintenance, support, professional services and more.

Based on these responses, Ultra will send participants a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculation across the entire life of their technology equipment and applications.  And be warned – the results can be quite alarming!

Participants will also receive a free copy of the complete 2013 Cost of Technology survey report once the research is complete – enabling them to compare their TCO figures against industry averages.
