Interactive Intelligence to host free web event
Interactive Intelligence is hosting a no-cost Web event titled “2012 Key Contact Centre Trends and Priorities: How You Can Be Ready.”
This 75-minute Web event will be held on Tuesday, 31 January at 16:30 (GMT).
The webcast, already attracting more than 900 pre-registrants, will feature Forrester Research Inc. principal analyst, Art Schoeller, who brings with him 35 years of experience in the computer, communications, and software industries.
This webcast is designed for call centre managers, customer service VPs, and anyone in charge of managing the customer experience. Trends covered will include cloud-based delivery models, incorporating multichannel communications, the role of mobile devices, and more.
Also presenting will be Interactive Intelligence senior VP, Joe Staples, who has 30-plus years of experience in the communications technology industry.

This webcast will feature an extensive Q&A, with presenters on the panel being joined by industry veterans, Sheila McGee-Smith, founder of McGee-Smith Analytics; and Don Van Doren, founder and president of Vanguard Communications. The concluding Q&A session will enable attendees to submit questions to panellists.
