Contact Centre Partners are pleased to be supporting this recognisable business based in the North West that require an experienced Resource Planning Specialist to manage the implementation of a new WFM tool (Impact 360).
The Resource Planning Specialist will play a pivotal in delivering strategic resource planning and scheduling solutions for a new project of switching from Fixed working patterns to Flexible working elements of the Contact Centre. You will act as the Planning Lead working closely with the operational and HR teams to deliver a solution that meets the needs of the business and helping with the implementation of Impact 360.
As the Resource Planning Specialist you will be responsible for designing the implementation of flexible resourcing schedules for the contact centre in the Resource Planning team and taking the lead working with the Business Project team. You will manage senior stakeholders through the implementation of the resourcing strategy across multiple contact centre sites.
The successful individual for the Resource Planning Specialist position will possess strong leadership, operational and influencing skills to lead the direction of the Resourcing strategy. You MUST have experience as a contact centre resource planner/scheduling and strategic planning; you MUST also have solid knowledge of Impact 360 WFM tool in order to progress with an application.
