Contact Centre Partners are pleased to be working with a forward thinking global brand located in London that is currently looking for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the business.
The French Speaking Customer Service Representatives will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment to provide an excellent customer service function in a professional and efficient manner to both new and existing customers by the use of telephone, email and web chat services.
The French Speaking Customer Service Representative will research and resolve customer queries and technical issues, process orders and up sell and cross sell other products and services.
The successful individual for the French Speaking Customer Service Representative position will have experience of working within a customer focused call centre environment, display excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and be fluent in French.
