Yorkshire Housing is a leading housing association providing homes and services for more than 16,000 customers across the county. We are entering an exciting phase, with the imminent establishment of a new Customer Service Centre and a radical change in their approach to customer service and their work in neighbourhoods. We are now seeking an exceptional individual for this new post.
Based in our new corporate centre in central Leeds the post holder will play a key role in the development of the Customer Service Centre. They will take responsibility for leading work to ensure the centre is fit for purpose and supports the journey in creating a centre of excellence when they open next year.
You will be a highly accomplished team leader with extensive experience in the customer service industry. It is essential you have a proven track record of coaching and developing staff and undertaken the development of new initiatives that improve service delivery.
