Contact Centre Partners are pleased to be supporting this established reputable business that is looking for a Forecasting & Planning Reporting Manager to join its changing contact centre operation in a high profile role within their customer service function.
The Forecasting & Planning Reporting Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of resources across the business, providing forecasting, planning & scheduling processes weekly, monthly and intraday. You will be required to produce resource plans and distribute workload for intraday, weekly and monthly delivering optimal efficiencies for best customer service, while scheduling within acceptable HR policies and working patterns for employees.
As the Forecasting & Planning Reporting Manager you will also manage the customer contact channels (telephony, IVR, SMS and Web) to ensure it is monitored and controlled. You will ensure that these channels are up to date and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented.
The successful candidate for the Forecasting & Planning Reporting Manager position will have previous experience in large contact centre planning and forecasting. You will have experience of utilising Workforce management technologies and must be able to work significantly with the business to identify any complexities the business may face in this pivotal time of change.
