Contact Centre / Call Centre Team Leader - Salary to £17,500 + bonus OTE £22,000 This is an opportunity to join the team of a leading, multi-site, market-leading service based organisation. Reporting to a Call Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of a team of 10-15 Sales and Service Advisors. You will ensure your team handles all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner and coach them towards achieving their sales targets, K.P.I.'s and future development. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in contact / call centre team supervision and be able to demonstrate a commitment to achieving client service levels, sales targets and K.P.I.'s.
