Head of Operations, Contact Centre Director, Site Director, South West, Devon £55,000 - 60,000 plus bonus & benefits This leading outsourcing business has an opportunity for a senior Head of Site/Site Director position in the South West. Managing Operations across a number of varied campaigns and between 350-500FTE. Primary responsibilities will include- The ongoing delivery of successful client relationships, whilst ensuring profitable business growth and the attraction and retention of the best talent to the business. Other Responsibilities include: Total accountability for the strategic direction and financial contribution of the site Responsible for the successful operation of a customer contact management site managing both human and material resources. Supports both the business and client in achieving service, quality and contribution goals. Demonstrates sound financial management in achieving profitability goals. Responsible for operating systems, policies and procedures within the site including development, implementation, and continual improvement of processes to best achieve overall business goals Responsible for leading process improvement efforts within the facility, as well as generating and delivering a programme of successful change initiatives. Provides leadership and management to on site leadership team and all associates, to improve overall associate satisfaction. Ensure development of site's leadership team via succession planning and leadership academy Creates an intense performance environment through regular communications via team meetings and monthly 1:1's and performance reviews with all direct reports, verifying performance against operational and financial metrics, and managing under performance through improvement plans Serves as an effective business partner to multi-site clients working in conjunction with peers- supports the broader business line and corporate units to achieve goals. Ensures action plans are in place and regularly reviewed to drive improvements in retention, attendance and associate satisfaction Represents the organization as a leading business presence through local community involvement. Understands and comply with all company and client security requirements Proactively manage and be responsible for all health and safety issues ensuring a safe working environment To take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
