Head of Retail Services / Head of Contact Centre - Midlands, package to £75,000 This is a unique opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation at Senior Management Level. The role carries responsibility for the quality of service delivered to customers and 'heads' a department of around 200FTE. You will create and maintain an environment which will encourage employee engagement, motivation and commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all levels within the business. You will demonstrate strong and visible leadership, challenge and manage efficiency metrics and work closely with other functions to develop effective working practices within the contact centre. You will also have a commitment to achieving business targets and identify opportunities to improve the quality of service and reduce costs on an on-going basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and senior contact centre management, with a strong understanding of contact centre operations, metrics and processes.
