Job Description:
Role Profile:
• To ensure alignment and co-ordination between the organisation and operational readiness.
• To ensure initiatives which arise from Customer Services initiatives / initiatives within the business are managed and delivered to customers via Customer Services channels. Key Skills / Experience Required:
• Must have at least 2 years' experience of operational management and/or change and project management in a Customer Service environment.
• Must have experience of leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Have an excellent practical understanding of change management and its effects on people and processes.
• Familiar with project management planning and control tools and techniques.
• Focused on effective provision of customer service, with a history of delivery of effective change. Responsibilities:
• To develop, maintain, and manage through detailed project plans.
• To liaise with and present to senior management on different Customer Centre initiatives.
• To provide consultancy to the organisation during the concept and design stages of new/changed initiatives within the business as to the impact on the Customer Centre and the likely impact of those initiatives.
• To ensure that project plans and delivery schedules are developed and maintained. This is to ensure that the operational teams are aware of what changes will be coming in the near future.
• To ensure that systems used in the Customer Centre accurately reflect the business requirements of the Customer Centre.
• To assist in designing short-term workarounds where necessary to ensure business delivery and to manage the migration to the final solution.
• The Customer Centre Project Manager shall be responsible for the collation and communication of all relevant information relating to product and service. Responsibility shall include designing and/or providing reference material that is accurate and easy to understand.
• The Customer Centre Project Manager shall be the main systems interface for the Customer Centre and must therefore develop a strong understanding of all internal systems.
