The Business Inbound Customer Service Call Centre. The Call Centre is the first point of contact for all customers and all of their queries/support calls. Opening hours of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Role Reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate will be a self motivated team player with proven Call Centre management experience in a customer service environment. Managing 12 Team Leaders, you will be extremely customer focused- bringing ideas into the business in order to assist in maintaining a positive and challenging environment. As a dynamic individual, you will drive performance and manage the call flows and shift patterns according to business needs, suggesting ideas for improvements where possible. An element of project management experience would be advantageous in implementing new ideas and seeing things through to completion (end to end process). This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to make a difference and show their potential in an already exciting customer service environment.
