The operation is currently split across two sites and you will demonstrate leadership in terms of delivering results and raising the profile of Complaints within the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to protect the brand, investigate the causes of Complaints and successfully resolve escalations on behalf of the Senior Management team.
