THE COMPANY We are looking to recruit a Sales focused Team Manager to join a team going through a successful period of growth. You will need to possess a keen passion for exceeding targets and have the hunger for success. To be considered for this position the individual must have possess the ability to motivate and enthuse a team to achieve targets and maximize team performance. THE ROLE Key Accountabilities of the role include- – * To lead and enable a culture of continuous improvement in customer contacts and sales success within the sales centres * You will lead a team of 15 outbound advisors and will be responsible for the achievement of a range of sales, quality and compliance objectives for the team * Take full ownership to teams operational performance in this Insurance sales arena, providing clear support and leadership * Pro-actively seek new opportunities to move the business forward, and support the Call Centre Manager as appropriate on strategic and operational initiatives as required * Work in partnership with peers to resolve training needs, recruitment and contact centre productivity * To promote a strong customer care culture based on company strategy, standards and policies KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Must currently be working at Team Leader level within a strong sales environment * Possess a proven track record in Sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed * A desire to help others and develop them through coaching * Must be a Hands-on manager who works closely with their team * Ability to identify and address training/development needs 8 Flexible approach to working hours – Contact Centre is open from 8am to 10pm NEXT STEP To register your interest in this exciting opportunity please forward your current CV detailing existing remuneration package by email to- robg@callcentreassociates.co.uk or by telephone.
