Details: Purpose of the Role: To provide management information to the Milton Keynes site for internal and external customers incorporating internal systems that includes Gatekeeper and ShiftTrack (time management system). Experience / Skills Required:
• Previous experience of working within an IT or MI role
• Previous experience of working within a contact centre would be an advantage
• Possess advanced MS Office skills
• Be familiar with contact centre technology to include Avaya ACD
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Visual basic, ASP, Microsoft FrontPage or similar would be an advantage but not essential. Relationship Dimensions Working Relationships - Internal

• Support strands (HR, Finance, Facilities etc) Role Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of the Gatekeeper system.
• Updating procedures and process documents for the Gatekeeper system
• Maintenance of the ShiftTrack system
• Updating procedures and process documents for the ShiftTrack system.
• Development and production of client reporting within specified deadlines.
• Development and production of internal reporting
