Company Profile: Award winning debt management company Size of Team / Contact Centre: 250 Key Skills / Experience Required: Collections and training experience gained in a call centre environment You will have trained Contact centre agents in handling accounts and call centre systems and processes. Role Profile: To train the and induct agents into the collections department Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts operational induction training, preparing new starters with company standards, operational objectives and systems training. 2. Facilitates the transition from training to go live for all new starters providing a safe and supportive environment for them to develop. 3. To deliver workshops to continually improve and refresh Collection Agents skills. 4. To work with Team Leaders and Group Team Leaders ensuring professional standards and collections methods are used consistently ensuring a quality customer service at all times. 5. Understands and ensures adherence of service level agreements through effective communication and monitoring with team members. 6. Provides detailed, structured handover documentation from Induction to Academy (input to Team Leaders in regards to best possible placement of training graduates.) 8. Identify any new starter compliance issues, i.e. lateness, sleeping whilst training etc. and coordinate disciplinary process with HR Package: £19 - £21k + Benefits For more information please contact Cactus Search today
