Details: Multi-national Brand Leader requires an experienced Stragegic 'Aggregate' Planning Manager for this exciting, dynamic & fast paced environment based in the West Midlands The successful applicant will be an experienced planner who is used to planning large scale strategic change with multiple interdependencies. Equally it is essential that the role holder is credible managing relationships and communicating up to an executive level. Job Purpose - To produce aggregate demand and resource plans for all Direct Channels functions to include the impact of all planned strategic and commercial activities. - To recommend solutions around the strategic structure of the onshore and offshore telephony operation. Produce plans accounting for growth, income, site capacity, skills set and recruitment capability. - To produce and manage detailed 'transformation roadmaps' enabling clear communication and implementation of agreed plans.
• Analyse and understand reasons for customer demand on a call by call basis.
• Responsibility to ensure delivery of industry-leading Forecasting and Modelling service to Direct Channels Contact Centres and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations. - Responsible for the relationship with Business Planning managing the impact analysis of large-scale campaigns requiring bespoke modelling techniques. Ensuring the aggregate plan captures all planned activity known to the business. Essential Skills / Experience: Proven background in analytical problem solving Good knowledge of Statistical techniques Strong Data management skills Advanced Forecasting and Operational Modeling skills. At least one year in Contact Centre Planning The successful applicant will have a strong analytical mind and will be expected to employ innovative and conceptual thinking. Will be an excellent communicator with the ability to understand and facilitate high level business objectives They will be driven to contribute actively to their team's success. Package: To £36K + excellent Bens + Bonus
