Our client is a large international outsourcing business provider focused on customer service and delivering excellence are looking to add a Senior Operations Director to its already established business. The successful candidate will have total accountability for the strategic direction and financial contribution of the site. You will be responsible for profitable business growth, actively participate in building client relationships and provide leadership to the management team. You will be adept at forecasting/resource planning and prioritization. Your responsibilities will extend to operating systems, policies and procedures including development and continual improvement of processes to achieve business goals. Verifying performance against operational and financial metrics, and managing under performance through improvement plans, which will be regularly reviewed to drive improvements in retention, attendance and associate satisfaction. A key responsibility of this role will be to establish, monitor and maintain priorities within the facility to meet client, facility and corporate goals and to proactively deliver solutions to the clients to enhance quality and decrease the costs of service delivery. Candidates must have strong project management and planning skills to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects and have the ability to analyse processes, enact change and think operationally and strategically. 5 years or more BPO/service industry-related experience is desirable.
