Our client is looking for an experienced call centre professional to manage customers through the relationship with call centre teams to ensure that operations centres meet or exceed budget expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment which will require the flexibility to travel across Europe. Drive performance through management of process and procedures. Through analysis work with outsource partners to minimise errors and write offs Manage adhoc projects to improve business performance. You will be required to have a level of understanding of process optimisation and experience working with insource and outsource operational partners ideally with Travel industry experience. Must have the drive and passion to exceed customer expectations through high levels of customer service.
