Job Description:
A Facilities Coordinator is required for Facilities Management Company based in North / Central London. Hours are between 8am and 6pm and you will be required to work from 11pm to 7am for 3 days every 6 weeks. Main Purpose to operate the Facilities Help Desk that receives and captures requests for information, complaints and reporting of faults from the client's employees by electronic, telephone. To then determine and supervise completion of the most effective and efficient means of providing a required response for the client utilising resources, systems, equipment and operating procedures. Main Job Responsibilities:
•Answer calls to the Facilities Help Desk in a polite, efficient professional manner adhering to service levels.
•All calls are to be answered within timeframe required by Service Level Agreement.
•Capturing and logging Help Desk calls/requests and faults and service complaints.
•Providing accurate and current feedback to customer service enquires on progress and status of faults.
•Present a professional service to customers as expected to ensure that company is represented appropriately.
•Providing a courteous and helpful approach to all clients and contracting staff.
•Regularly solving problems to the satisfaction of the client and FM team members.
•Keep up to date company information and relay to team members.
•To ensure that Health & Safety guidelines are followed for best practice.
•Multi-skill in other area's to provide cover when required- this includes Switchboard, Central Reservations and Enquiry desk.
•Provide reports on Help Desk usage and data gathering. Essential:
•A proactive and flexible approach with a commitment to deliver an exemplary customer service.
•Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service focused role.
•PC skills - Word, Excel, e-mail.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills.
•Flexible to working hours.
•Able to manage time effectively and manage conflicting priorities.
•Positive and proactive approach to problem solving and team working.
