To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience of leading a team to provide first contact delight all customers and be able to support and develop your team to ensure the customer is delighted with the service you have delivered. THE ROLE Key Accountabilities of the role include- * To manage the performance of a team of 8 – 10 sales consultants. Motivating and coaching them to exceed sales targets while supporting the core values of the business * Responsible for Individual sales cross selling all of the businesses products * Managing team sales by updating leader boards and daily meetings with the team and individuals to discuss targets and how they will meet them * To coach and develop every member of your team * To listen and question to ensure the correct message gets across and is understood * Be able to empathise with the team and customer considering how you would feel in there position * Ensure understanding of the overall contact centre performance and the contribution of your team KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Previous experience of sales managing a team and coaching them onto success is essential * To be a sales driven individual who is very ‘hands-on’ in the day-to-day running of the centre * Strong sales experience including experience of selling a wide range of products, up selling and cross selling to the customer * Able to create a motivated, target driven, dynamic and team focused atmosphere * Proven track record of developing a team that has achieved outstanding results. * Hands on experience of working within a customer service focused environment * Flexibility towards working hours PROCESS & TIMEFRAMES To register your interest in this exciting opportunity please forward your current CV detailing existing remuneration package by email to- robg@callcentreassociates.co.uk candidates with suitable experience will be contacted shortly after.
