THE COMPANY Our client, who are market leaders in their specialist sector are offering an excellent opportunity to join this well established and fast growing organisation within the telemarketing sector. Various clients that are associated within this business are high profile charitable organisations. This is a highly client focused, challenging role that will provide the jobholder the ability to make a visible difference and an extremely positive impact within the business, and continue the excellent reputation they have in working on various campaigns. To be considered for this position candidates will ideally come from, or have experience of working within an outsourcing environment. THE ROLE Key Accountabilities of the role include-
• Manage performance and achieving Campaign targets
• Full understanding and delivery of campaign objectives
• Regular reporting and motivating staff
• Manage teams of 15 advisors
• Develop a cohesive team which work well together
• Excellent commercial awareness needed
• Training and development on a regular basis KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience of Outbound environment
• Excellent motivational skills are necessary
• Excellent use of Verbal and Written communication skills
• Management with client campaigns within specified account teams
• Personal line management of Telephone Representatives
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are necessary
• Delivering results to targets and deadlines
• To understand data, segments and targets per segment.
