The main responsibility of the role will be to lead the way with World Standard Service ensuring that all customer contacts are of the highest standards with further opportunities to cross/up sell the companies products and services maximised. You must have the capability to manage workflow, work closely to other team members to improve business through process improvements and lead the development of a world standard culture by embedding a service excellence culture in daily activity. People management skills are a must in order to provide visible leadership and clear direction, along with regular coaching and development, of direct reports and their teams ensuring quality and accuracy within the centre. Candidates must have the ability to think strategically in order to translate call centre strategies and analysis and judgment competency. Strong man management of self and others will be involved to achieve maximum performance for the business by integrating key goals and priorities to deliver the organisations strategic vision.
