A world leading online travel provider is looking for a Telesales Manager to develop and optimise telesales channel across the European POS. Key responsibilities in the role include developing and implementing strategy to optimise revenue from telesales channel and implement product strategy for offline customers You will be working with outsource providers to ensure service levels, revenue and conversion targets are met or exceeded. Additionally duties will include identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance through investment in new technologies and processes and achieving results by setting goals using high quality planning, analysis, decision making and project management. The successful candidate will be extremely customer focused, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and have a background in operations: ideally travel operations. Project management skills are essential in order to effectively plan, budget, track and evaluate your business area. A high level understanding of call centre technologies is also a must and a second European language would be very beneficial. Ref: PCCCJ106
