Sales Manager - Contact Centre / Call Centre - Salary to £32,000 + bonus (to £1,000 per month) Due to organic growth this market leading organisation, who provide financial services to both corporate and consumer clients, are looking to recruit a 'contact centre' sales manager to join a highly successful department. This post carries responsibility, on both a tactical and strategic level, for the daily motivation and management of a team of sales and service managers- covering both the inbound and outbound telephony channels. The role is focused towards achieving business objectives, with a commitment to the maintenance of the highest levels of customer service and continuous promotion of a harmonious working environment. The ideal candidate will be able to show a demonstrable commitment to improving results and continued team development. You will be an accomplished manager, with a visible leadership style twinned with the ability to coach and 'performance manage' your teams to continued success.
