The Role: We are currently hiring 2 Managers for Private Client Sales in our clients London location. This position will report to the UK Head of sales. Each position will be responsible for a growing team of inside executives selling a best-in-class trading platform for spread-betting, CFDs and foreign exchange to private individuals in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The candidate will have previous hiring experience and be required to meet hiring goals that will add to our already successful and multi-lingual sales team. Currently, the sale team consists of 10 members with a variety of language skills, including: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Slovakian, Russian, Swedish and Arabic. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success as a sales executive, progressive sales management experience and a track record of consistently meeting sales targets. This candidate will have core solid sales skills and will be required to coach and mentor sales professionals in areas such as opening/closing techniques to objection handling. It is preferred but not essential that the candidate be bi-lingual and demonstrates the ability to work in and manage in a diverse workplace. It is essential that the candidate has experience in managing phone based teams Being able to meet demanding targets in a rapidly growing company is paramount to be successful in this position. We are also in a growth industry. Financial markets experience is NOT a prerequisite. However, the candidate will be required to pass the necessary examinations to become a CF21 registered investment advisor. Salary range is £40-55k with OTE of £100k+ matched contribution pension scheme, BUPA, death in service.
