Retentions Contact Centre Team Manager, South Coast, Financial Services £20-24,000 basic, bonus benefits This is a rapidly expanding business and part of one of the leading financial service organisations across Europe. Working within the insurance retentions operations team, this is an opportunity for a proven Team Leader/Team Manager to take on an established team of approximately 11-13FTE. Financial services or an insurance background would be advantageous but is by no means a pre requisite. As the company has almost doubled in size in recent years, they offer a fast moving and dynamic corporate environment, with true career progression and opportunities for those that show ability and desire to grow their own skills and career and as such are looking to attract strong leaders and motivators of people with a good eye for following process and procedure.
