Details: The E-Commerce Division of this rapidly growing 'cutting edge' organsiation has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Team Leader to take responsibility for the management and development of a team of Customer Service Advisors and provide an efficient and comprehensive service to all existing and potential customers. Key Skills & Experience Required: Experience in a customer service-orientated environment and proven experience in a Customer Service supervisory role. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English skills and any other European language would be an advantage. The role requires decision-making and people management skills and you will have excellent communication and numerical skills. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a busy on-line environment. The ability to work well as part of a team and motivate others are also essential. Responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing a group of Customer Service Advisors to achieve departmental targets, Key Performance Indicators and personal objectives
• Empowering existing staff to prioritise and manage increasing business requirements.
• Providing a knowledgeable information and enquiry service to customers.
• Assisting Customer Service Advisors and Senior Customer Service Advisors with complex customer queries and complaints
• Assisting in recruitment of Customer Services team
• Determining training needs of the team and where possible carry out training
• Providing regular personal productivity and personal development feedback to team members NB: This department operates on a 24/7 shift basis where you will work 40 hours per week over seven days, including occasional night shifts at weekends. You will also need to be available to work on bank and public holidays as required, for which you will be given time off in lieu. Benefits:
