Job Description Main Purpose of job: To implement, manage and consult on the reporting for (circa) four Clients. The Senior Management Information Analyst is responsible for the management of 3/4 Management Information Analysts who in turn are responsible for the delivery of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Client Campaign reporting suites. To support the Client Intelligence and Management Information Manager by owning the MI relationship with the allocated clients, engaging the client and their representatives at all levels ensuring that all information sent to the Client and our Operational teams is meaningful, to the point, and is showing demonstratable performance improvements in the Call Centre. Key Accountabilities: Support the Client Intelligence Managers and Management Information and Analysis Manager(Senior MI Managers)and own the MI relationship for clients worked. Advise and lead so the business understands any changes to Client Business drivers, key measures on the MI packs, Monthly Unit Dashboards, and Adherence Wallboards. Discusses and influences the forum as to the metrics that need resolution to improve client profitability. Ensures everyone has a standard view on existing and prior month performance.Provide input and perspective into new business opportunities. Create new bid content and work with the Senior MI Managers to create tailored solutions for potential new clients.Influence clients using the findings developed by the Management Information Analysts to focus the MI on measures that can drive performance and uncover customer segments that generate the largest % of revenue ( 80 / 20 Parato principle).In conjunction with the Senior MI Managers, chair monthly meetings with unit Operations Managers / Team Leaders / Commercial Team to review performance and recommend improvements to increase contacts and sales using knowledge attained and toolkits such demographics to influence best time to call.Represent MI at the Weekly Dialler/ Campaign meetings to ensure all campaigns running for the report are covered for reporting and that actions to improve the previous weeks performance have been put in place. Experience: At least 3 years in a results driven Information environment (Preferably within Call Centre) including experience of Management Information and Marketing Database analysis. Business Objects and or equivalent. Can demonstrate ability to operate and work at Advanced level report writing. Knowledge and application of Business Objects accessing Multi Universes. Demonstratable experience of Team Management of at least 3 analysts (preparing and analysing information to strict client deadlines). Confidence to run with new client host systems and PC packages. Highly Numerate. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products- ideally an advanced user of Excel and Access (including knowledge and experience of using Visual Basic).
