Our client a large business with operations across the UK is seeking an operational manager with a sound background in the collections environment. Ideally you will be an excellent man manager with the ability to management Team leaders, junior managers and contact centre operatives working within your business jurisdiction. Reporting to the contact operational/centre manager you will be responsible for Team management Campaign management Collections management Dealing directly with the business client Achieve targets as set out by the business clients Be responsible to management reporting relating to your allocated area of business. The candidate Will have a sound background in the debt and collections recovery Have a sound background managing large campaigns with a recoveries environment. Excellent opportunity for for senior manager with the above background.
