An unrivalled opportunity has arisen for a International customer service Manager to join one of the world's largest global financial organisations based in Glasgow. The job role will involve you working in an energetic team environment within a Contact Centre reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be Responsible for leading a team of up to 12 International Personal Bankers, driving their performance to meet agreed service levels and prescribed quality standards with the aim of providing world standard service to our clients. The right candidate will have a proven track record of leading individuals towards achieving set targets as well as broad experience of delivering an excellent level of service to customers from differing cultures via remote delivery channels. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills such as coaching, planning work activities, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver world standard service. The candidate will have good understanding of International Customer Propositions and knowledge of internal/external legislation, including Data Protection, Money Laundering and Complaint Handling.
