THE COMPANY Call Centre Associates are currently sourcing a New Lending Performance Manager for a prestigious financial services organisation in the Midlands. Our client prides itself on offering excellent customer service. In order to improve the service even further, they are looking for a high calibre manager to assist in the management and development of its new mortgage lending function. The CSC New Lending Manager - Performance will be a highly effective and innovative manager to work with a forward thinking CSC team developing managers and staff performance to deliver exceptional customer service, increase productivity, ensure underwriting is compliant with Lending Policy and achieve SLA s and budget expectations. You will work closely with the CSC operational managers to ensure these goals are achieved whilst improving staff morale. Operational management and underwriting experience is essential. If you can meet new challenges, think radically, make a difference and have the enthusiasm, energy and appetite to work in a team to deliver the best possible customer service, this could be the role for you. THE ROLE To manage and develop managers and staff (circ50) in CSC New Lending to deliver best in class service whilst protecting the future lending book
• To manage performance to meet underwriting quality standards
• Ensure maximum performance from management within the organisation
• Understanding the strategic direction of the organisation and actioning this
• Manage budgetary responsibility and salaries
• Ensure underwriting is to the standard required by the society
• Plan, organise monitor and control daily workloads
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally
• Manage change projects to an effective and profitable result KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in People Management and Mortgage Lending
• Experience in underwriting and Operational Management
• Experience in a risk environment
• Process and Back Office environments
• Change Management skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
