Head of Contact Centre - Emergency Operations - South East/South Midlands £42-52,000 base, benefits. An opportunity has arisen for a proven performance and change manager to join the Emergency Operations as a Divisional Head of Operations. Managing the Emergency Operations Contact Centre and Control Centre, working to achieve key government targets, developing staff through recent and ongoing changes within the department and the ability to improve process and procedures throughout the operations of the centre will be required. Experience from within the public sector, managing an emergency centre would be preferable but is by no means a pre requisite. The main purpose of the role will be to provide management, leadership and direction for the Emergency Operations Centre(s) within the Division. Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively in response to requests for patient care from the public and healthcare professionals. Support the Trust s achievement of the National Standards in Emergency, Urgent and other Key Performance Indicators. Contribute to the Corporate and Operational strategy, policy and decision making within the Trust by advising the Divisional Director of Operations on broad organisational issues and specialisms within the EOC such as tactical deployment and planning, medical triage and CAD management.
