This is a leading call centre operation for a 4* Hotel company that are setting up a centralised reservations centre initally with 30 seats although it will grow rapidly to 60+ You must have run call centre teams before and also be from a hospitality or travel type background. The centre will cover 7 days morning to late evening operation although this role will be predominantly office hours.
