Company Profile: World wide company, looking to double its FTE this year in the UK, looking for an established Team Leader to improve and motivate successful team to higher levels and join a rapidly growing company within the Leisure Industry. This company has a great culture and is a thriving company moving forward within it s domain. Size of Team / Contact Centre: This company is currently at 80FTE, but is looking at doubling within 12 months due to its on-going successes. Key Skills / Experience Required: Experience of looking after a minimum of 12 FTE. 2 years experience as a Team Leader Willingness to work 2-10pm throughout the role is a necessary. There is an added 20% shift allowance after 7pm. Looking for a Team Leader who has come from a Hospitality or Leisure background preferably, but not essentially. Knowledge of creating and implementing a comprehensive customer service policy Role Profile: Working 2-10pm five days a week, in charge of a team of 12, looking after every aspect of the Team, from 1-2-1 s with a 20% shift allowance. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with general calls from the public. Ensuring advisors are knowledgeable in all areas of the company. Keep in line with companies KPIs Ensure that all new C/S Executives to the day shift receive an informative induction programme to introduce them to the business, systems and customer services standards and processes To Maintain the highest level of service standards within the Contact Centre Adhere to company standards and procedures Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with C/S Executives to maintain focus and motivation on Customer Service standards and targets.
