Company Profile: World wide company, looking to double its FTE this year in the UK, looking for an established Team Leader to improve and motivate successful team to higher levels and join a rapidly growing company within the Leisure Industry. Size of Team / Contact Centre: This company is currently at 150FTE, but is looking at doubling within 12 months due to its on-going successes. Key Skills / Experience Required: Experience of looking after a minimum of 12 FTE. 2 years experience as a Team Leader Willingness to work weekends throughout the role is a necessary. Looking for a Team Leader who has come from a Hospitality or Leisure background preferably. Knowledge of creating and implementing a comprehensive customer service policy Role Profile: Working Saturday and Sunday and two extra days in the week. This role will be taking inbound calls with the growing Customer Services industry. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with general calls from the public. Ensuring advisors are knowledgeable in all areas of the company.
